Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is recommended to book in advance for our service. To accommodate your desired appointment, a 50% deposit of up to $100 is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Deposits ARE NOT REFUNDABLE! Deposits can ONLY be applied to future products, gift cards or services.
We need 48 hours in advance to make any changes to your appointment. Any change, rescheduling or cancellation that is not made within this period will occur in your loss of deposit.
The cancellation / no-show on the same day will result in a loss of deposit.
ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment to avoid interrupting the next appointment with customers. Appointments with more than 15 minutes of delay will be canceled and charged.
We work hard to offer you a relaxing and luxurious experience. Please refrain from talking on your mobile phone. The use of the mobile phone can affect the duration of your spa service.
SERVICE PACKAGES
The service packages are the final sale. In case you have a service package with us and not
Show or cancel within 48 hours, we have the right to deduct one of your services from your package.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Unopened products with an attached receipt can be returned for a spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without an attached receipt or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent. Limary’s facials love children, however, children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa.
